受付にてナンバーカード、参加賞をお渡しします。
協賛企業からの商品はフィニッシュ時にお渡しします。
手荷物置き場をご用意します。
ご利用の方は荷札を受け取りご自身のナンバーを記入し
指定の場所に置いてください。スタッフがナンバーを確認し
返却いたします。
スタッフが監視していますが貴重品や壊れやすいものはご遠慮ください。
紛失や破損の際の責任は負いかねます。
<大会スケジュール>
6時30分～7時30分 受付
7時40分 開会式
8時 ロングコーススタート
8時30分 ショートスタート
10時30分 ショートコース表彰式（予定）
11時 ロングコース表彰式（予定）
11時30分 ロングコース第1関門（豊富シルクの里公園）
12時20分 ロングコース第2関門・ショートコース関門（山之神分岐）
13時30分 全種目制限時間
14時30分 大会終了、手荷物預け終了
●給水について
ロングコース3箇所、ショートコース1箇所の給水所があります。水、スポーツドリンク、コーラ、お菓子等を
ご用意します。
給水はありますが、必ず500ml以上の水分を携帯するようにしてください。
また給水所に紙コップのご用意はありませんのでマイコップのご持参もご協力お願いします。
●持ち物について（装備品チェックはありません）
・熊鈴
・スマートフォン（緊急時連絡用）
・マイコップ（給水用）
・飲み物 最低500ml程度
・ポイズンリムーバー（お持ちの方）

Please print out and bring your registration ticket to racer check-in OR
bring your smartphone or tablet so that you can show the registration ticket
to staff at racer check-in.
The registration ticket has a QR code on it.
You will need to show this QR code in order to obtain your racer bib number
and race participation prize at racer check-in.

We will hand out race bibs and participation gifts at the registration desk.
Gifts from our sponsors will be distributed at the finish line.
A baggage check area will be available.
If you wish to use this service, please pick up a baggage tag, write your race number on it,
and leave your bags at the designated location.
Staff will verify your race number and return your bags to you.
Although staff will be monitoring the area, please refrain from leaving valuables or fragile items.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
<Parking> *Free; no advance registration required
Once the parking lot is full, we will direct you to parking lots (1) or (2).
A free shuttle bus runs from parking lot (2) to the venue.

<Public Transportation>
Approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Higashi-Hanawa Station on the JR Minobu Line.
You must take a train departing from Kofu Station at 5:00 or 6:00 to arrive on time.
<Race Schedule>
6:30–7:30 AM: Registration
7:40 AM: Opening Ceremony
8:00 AM: Long Course Start
8:30 AM: Short Course Start
10:30 AM: Short Course Awards Ceremony (scheduled)
11:00 AM: Long Course Awards Ceremony (scheduled)
11:30 AM: Long Course Checkpoint 1 (Tobito Silk Village Park)
12:20 PM: Long Course Checkpoint 2 / Short Course Checkpoint (Yamanokami Junction)
1:30 PM: Time limit for all events
2:30 PM: Event ends; baggage check-in closes
● About Water Stations
There are three water stations on the Long Course and one on the Short Course. We will provide water, sports drinks, cola, and more.
Although water stations are available, please be sure to carry at least 500 ml of water with you.
Also, since paper cups are not provided at the water stations, please bring your own cup.
